Learn more about the project“Adapting to Climate Changes: Towards a European Framework for Action” is a document published by the European Commission in 2009. The White Paper is devoted to improving the Community adaptability in the face of climate changes affecting Member States. Based on the publication, an Impact and Adaptation Steering Group (IASG) will be created, composed of Member State representatives involved in the development of regional adaptation programmes.
